Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to products purchased directly from Compressed Air Parts Company through CompressorParts.io.

Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

To begin a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, also called an RMA number, before shipping the product back to us.

Please have your order number, product number, reason for the return, and photographs of the product and packaging available when contacting us.

Products returned without a valid RMA number or without the required documentation may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Have been purchased directly from CompressorParts.io;
  • Be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery;
  • Be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition;
  • Be returned in its original manufacturer packaging;
  • Include all accessories, manuals, documentation, components, and other materials originally supplied with the product; and
  • Be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.

Return authorization does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. All returned products are inspected after they are received.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products not purchased directly from CompressorParts.io;
  • Products that have been installed, operated, tested, altered, modified, or used;
  • Products that are damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging or components;
  • Electrical components;
  • Gaskets;
  • O-rings;
  • Belts;
  • Seals;
  • Custom-made or specially manufactured products;
  • Products marked as non-returnable, final sale, or special order on the product page or sales documentation; and
  • Products returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery.

A product that has been installed or used may still qualify for warranty service when a valid manufacturer or product warranty applies. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.

Customer-Requested Returns

For an eligible return requested because the customer ordered the wrong product, no longer needs the product, or otherwise changed their mind:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable;
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product arrives safely; and
  • A restocking fee of up to 50% of the product purchase price may apply.

The applicable restocking fee will be disclosed when the RMA is issued. Restocking fees may vary depending on the product, manufacturer requirements, packaging condition, and whether the product was specially ordered.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Compressed Air Parts Company is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before reaching the authorized return location.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible if:

  • You received a product different from the product ordered;
  • The product arrived damaged;
  • The shipment is missing a product; or
  • The product appears to have a manufacturing defect.

When the error was caused by Compressed Air Parts Company, we will provide return instructions and, when required, a prepaid return shipping label. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

Shipping damage must be reported promptly and may require photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage. Please retain all packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Products that have been installed or used are generally handled as warranty claims rather than standard returns.

Return Shipping Instructions

Do not return a product to the manufacturer or ship a product to Compressed Air Parts Company without receiving an RMA number and approved return instructions.

The correct return address will be provided with your RMA. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on or included with the return shipment.

Products sent to an unauthorized location may be delayed, refused, or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Inspection and Refund Processing

After an authorized return is received, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. After a refund is processed, the customer’s bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

When a refund to the original payment method cannot be completed, Compressed Air Parts Company will contact the customer to arrange an alternative refund method, such as a company check or account credit. Company-check refunds may require additional processing time.

In limited cases, a manufacturer inspection may be required before a return can be approved. We will notify the customer if additional inspection is necessary and provide status updates until the claim is resolved.

Refund Amount

An approved refund may be reduced by:

  • Any disclosed restocking fee;
  • Original shipping and handling charges;
  • Return shipping charges for customer-requested returns;
  • Missing components, accessories, manuals, or packaging; or
  • Damage caused by improper return packaging or handling.

No deduction will be made for return shipping or restocking fees when the return is required because Compressed Air Parts Company shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for products returned because the customer ordered incorrectly or changed their mind. Customers may return an eligible product under this policy and place a separate order for the correct product.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective products may be replaced when appropriate and subject to product availability.

Pricing and Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, availability, specifications, images, and prices are accurate.

If a material pricing, description, availability, or technical error is discovered before an order ships, we may contact the customer to:

  • Confirm the corrected order information;
  • Offer an alternative product;
  • Adjust the order with the customer’s approval; or
  • Cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for that item.

We will not charge a corrected or increased price without the customer’s approval.
